Espoo Lentiksen naisten joukkue jatkaa aluesarjassa (2-3 sarjataso) kaudella 2023 - 2024. Pelasimme päättyneellä kaudella nousujohteisesti saavuttaen sijan 6/10 ja ensi kaudella jatkamme aloitettua kehitystyötä.

Harjoittelufilosofiamme on "riittävästi tekniikkaa ja paljon pelinomaisia harjoituksia".

Mikäli  sinulla on innostusta harjoitella ja pelata, sekä  kokemusta juniori ja/tai aikuislentopallosta, ota rohkeasti yhteyttä. Täydennämme joukkuetta mahdollisesti muutamalla uudella pelaajalla vaikka pääosin runko säilyy.

Espoo Lentis volleyball team will continue women aerial serie (mix 2nd and 3rd level) durin 2023-2024. We started the development of the new team previous seasion and played progressively and achived the 6th place (10 teams). Next season we are going to continue the development.

Our philosophy in trainings is "enough skills and technics and much practising through the game like situations"

Please you may contact us, if you are interested to train and play and also have previous experience of volleyball as a junior and/or adult.

We probably refill the team with a few new players although major of the players will continue.

Ke klo 19.30-21.30 Saunalahden koulu

Pe klo 19.00-21.00 Auroran koulu

Su klo 12.00-14.30 Espoonlahden lukio
